What kinds of events can you be booked for?

Thanks so much for asking! In the past booking bands was made nearly impossible by the fact that backlines "PA/Monitor/Speaker Systems" were only available to large, high-end facilities. Things have drastically changed! Now most professional bands have their own backlines and even FX's, stage lights, and fog! If we don't have it, we know exactly how and where to get it. That makes us available for practically ANY event you can think of!  Let us know in advance and we can arrange Sound/Lighting etc with your team or bring a team of our own!

In an added bonus, new technologies have made us fully capable of providing in home concerts via live stream! Contact our management for information on those services.

When should we start working together on the event?

We usually start hearing from clients planning for the most popular Saturday dates well over a year in advance, and the general booking season for bands in the wedding and special event industry is usually eight to 15 months before a Saturday or holiday weekend event date. Events on days other than Saturdays typically do not book quite as far in advance. We work with many clients who plan events, even weddings, on a shorter timeline (two to six months in advance) and we will have plenty of time to make your event memorable.

For the Holiday season this schedule gets a lot closer. We book for holiday events about 8-12weeks out and those date fill quickly and are usually Thursday-Sunday from late October -December. We would love to have the opportunity to make your event all you’ve envisioned. So what type of music will you play? Can I make requests?

Entertainment for your event can be a huge bow on this magnificent gift of a day and choosing the best band is key! Unlike most corporate bands,  we play a large variety of genre's in music. Our setlist are based in Jazz, Classical,  Rock, Hip-Hop and R&B combos ranging from Dinah Washington, Frank Sinatra, Melody Gardot , Nirvana, The Black Keys, Bruno Mars, Oasis, Jay-z, Drake, Cecelia Bartoli, John Mayer, Billie Holiday,  Beyonce, Rihanna and tons more!

Our options for set selections can include any of your favorites as well as a special song for Speeches, Awards or special moments.

We are always adding to our set list, but a current copy can be requested. Based on the booking package you choose, our set lists can be customized by you for your special event or occasion! We want to make sure this event is all you've envisioned. Request a booking package from management and lets start planning!

What will you bring to my event? What time can you get there and how long can you stay?

Our band provides instruments and sound equipment for weddings and special events. This equipment typically provides an appropriate level of sound for up to several hundred guests and is included in the price of our booking. For larger events requiring more substantial sound reinforcement we can work with your event planner to coordinate the sound engineering to provide quality sound.

All designed lighting will be provided by the booked location or production/event manager. 

Our arrival/departure times are all based on your needs! We have booking packages that can be built around your specific event and will include our venue walk-thru prior to event date (to be scheduled with management), set-up time (on date of event), sound-check (on date of event), and our break down (after the event has concluded). If your event requires an earlier arrival or you would like us to stay afterward** for meet & greet, that can be customized as well!! Management can handle all of your booking needs and our band will handle the entertainment!

**Please ask management  for out of state packages if your event requires an overnight stay/additional sound/designed lighting etc.
